What is Patient Engagement?

Leading Reach is the first web based platform that allows all healthcare providers to score patient engagement and manage their referral network from a single application. Our Four Core Metrics of patient engagement allow you to set benchmarks and track progress in order to achieve bottom line goals of driving more revenue, saving valuable staff time, eliminating costs and most importantly creating happier, healthier patients.
Pre Appointment Info
Increase revenue and save valuable staff time by engaging and preparing patients for appointments with branded emails containing time and date of appointment, driving directions, new patient forms or links to web based portals, provider bios, facility info, patient testimonials, and consent forms.
Patient Education
Create a better patient experience and increase likelihood of patient-to-patient referrals by delivering relevant educational content to patients after appointments. Educational materials can include everything from links to condition specific videos, diagnosis information, treatment options, pre and post op instructions, FAQ, and much more.
Patient Satisfaction & Social Media
Simple to use digital satisfaction surveys make it easy to deliver and collect valuable patient satisfaction data in a timely manner. Leading Reach also facilitates Yelp reviews, Facebook likes, Twitter follows, Health Grades reviews, and other social media responses from your patients.
Referral Management
Leading Reach is a comprehensive referral management system that enables healthcare providers to manage incoming and outgoing patient referrals with real time data reporting. In a couple clicks, patients receive the information they need at point of referral and both the referring and referred to provider are sent real time notifications for scheduling next steps in the patient process.
