What is telemedicine




Definig telemedicine
Telemedicine is simply medicine provided at a distance. Because there are so many names for the way technology is used in medicine - Telehealth, mHealth, ehealth, telehomecare, among others - GlobalMed prefers to use Connected Health as an umbrella term. This video explains the basics of real-time telemedicine.
